Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were treated to a level of service that was truly outstanding. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the crisp linens on the bed to the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the state-of-the-art gym or the inviting pool area, everything was maintained to the highest standards. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction.

I like the privacy that it’s offers for the guests , the cleanliness of the rooms , the quietness , it will be your destination if you are longing for quiet place after a long working day , staff are cooperative when you are in need , the marina view and the balcony will make you feel relaxed before or after your working day . It’s a good option if you are with one of your family member where everything is around them which they can enjoy while you are away . The destination usually are near many places you want to visit during your stay . There will be near by cafe and restaurants for breakfast , dinner and lunch and coffee . However , it won’t be that near the islands if you’re planning to spend your vacation in YAS island . Special thanks to room service and bell boy “Roni” or “boni” they add to my experience .

Then there was both Khan and his colleague Rohan at the Alba terrace. Friendly and informed the epitome of excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff. Doormen , front office, restaurants and poolside, all AMAZING.

We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

The staff of the hotel were great.. from the Duty manager Mr Osama, to his assistant Mr Ramadan.. to the front desk staff, room service team, technical support team, concierge staff and off course the house keeping supervisor and staff members.. all were great and very kind to me. They were highly responsive to all and any requests! They were really helpful and very friendly!
